Each restaurant is a little bit different with a distinctly local feel, thanks to their fresh, talented artists who help to create a unique atmosphere and dining experience. A dish will always come recommended, be it an Italian classic, an artisan-inspired gelato, or a freshly prepared favorite.

How it works

  • Within 24 hours after the purchase, your e-Gift Card will be available in the section "My transactions"
  • Additionally, you will receive an activation link for your e-Gift Card by email within 4 business days
  • The activation link will be valid for six (6) months and cannot be renewed
  • The e-Gift Card can only be used once either from the "My transactions" page or from the email
  • The e-Gift Card can only be redeemed at Zizzi restaurants within the United Kingdom
    • Hand your Zizzi e-Gift Card to the waiter when ready to pay your bill
    • The waiter will re-key the code into their PDQ terminal
  • The e-Gift Card will be valid for one (1) year from the date of issue
  • Within 24 hours after the purchase, your e-Gift Card will be available in the section "My transactions"
