To login to the Reward shop, you can either visit your respective points engine website & select login from the header or from the reward shop, using the login in the header.

As you browse through the Reward shop, you can view your preferred rewards with or without the intention of buying them. After you have added your rewards to the "Basket", click on the "Checkout button" to adjust quantities, to select your preferred points-plus-cash combination or to delete unwanted rewards. After finalizing the payment details, click the "Buy now button" to submit your order.

If you have already registered with Agriplus program, and do not remember your password, you can reset your password through your email address. Please visit your respective points engine website and select login from the header. Select the link "Forgot my password" in the login section. You will be asked to enter your email address to receive instructions on setting up a new password. Once the password is changed, you need to login again with the new password.

  • For Agriplus loyalty program, T&C’s can be found in the footer of your respective points engine website.
  • For Partner-specific terms, please refer to the respective "Merchant Details" page
  • For any specific reward, additional terms may be displayed under "Additional Information" on the "Reward Detail" page.

For all "Points & Cash" orders on the Agriplus reward shop you can pay with Visa, AMEX or Mastercard. We use 3-D Secure Services (i.e., Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode) from our Wirecard payment gateway to process your online payment. For millions of people around the world, 3-D Secure is the way to pay - trusted and secure.

All "Points & Cash" orders are processed exclusively in EUR [Euro] and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

Retail and points prices for rewards offered on the Reward Shop for different countries might vary due to change in daily exchange rates.

You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing the order to the email address specified during the order process. Please check your inbox and optionally the spam folder. Review the contents of your order and make sure your delivery address is complete and correct. Please inform the reward merchant delivering your reward immediately in case of any discrepancies. You can follow-up the status of your order under "My Transactions". For all questions related to the delivery of your reward order, please contact us.

Due to the variety of rewards, the shipping policy and terms may differ from reward to reward. Please check the specific policies under "Merchant Details" for the respective partner and the "Rules & Restrictions" for each specific reward. Price displayed on Reward shop is inclusive of shipping charges/any other charges for deliveries in respective country

Reward cancellation request can only be done when order status is "Pending" under "My Transactions" page. To request your reward order cancellation, please contact us. Your reward cancellation order will be assessed and could be finally accepted or rejected. Upon successful order cancellation and when the order is marked as "refunded"/"cancelled" under "My Transactions", points gets refunded immediately and if points&cash was used, the cash will be refunded in maximum 5 business days.

For physical rewards, please refer to merchant return policy mentioned on product detail page on Reward store. If reward is returned within period specified in merchant policy and is undamaged and shipped back in original packaging, the points or points & cash spent to place the returned order will be fully refunded. If the returned reward within withdrawal period is showing acceptable signs of use, a partial refund of points or points & cash spent to place the returned order would be refunded. In cases where there is no issue with the delivered product and still a member wants a return then member might have to bear the return shipment cost if mentioned in merchant policy.

For digitally delivered rewards, returns are not accepted.

Vouchers and gift certificates (electronic or paper) bought on the Agriplus reward shop are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired.
